摘要 文章运用实验法、文献资料法、数理统计和逻辑分析法,以山西工业学院200名高校非体育专业学生为研究对象,对体育教学中武术锻炼对学生身体素质的影响进行分析研究。结果显示:武术锻炼能显著提高学生的耐力、柔韧、力量等身体素质;长时间的武术锻炼能够培养学生进行体育锻炼的运动习惯,达到增强学生体质健康的目的。同时也对高校体育教学中武术运动的进一步推广和普及具有重要意义。 By using the methods of experiment, literature, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, 200 college non sports majors in Shanxi Institute of technology were selected as research subjects, and the influence of Wushu Exercise on physical fitness of students in physical education was analyzed. The result shows that Wushu Exercise can significantly improve students' physical quality, such as endurance, flexibility, strength and so on. Long time martial arts training can cultivate students' physical exercise habits and enhance their physical health. At the same time, it is of great significance to the further popularization and popularization of Wushu in the teaching of physical education in Colleges and universities.
