摘要
目前我国部分普通高校理工类本科毕业论文质量下降严重,存在选题不适、缺乏科学性、抄袭或造假严重、缺乏深度等质量困境。导致这种困境的原因,主要包括思想认识存在偏差、时间精力投入不够、科研训练明显不足、缺乏有效激励和监督等。提高理工类本科毕业论文质量,必须采取严抓思想工作、强化"质量意识",前置论文写作、提供时间保障,产学研结合、加强科研训练,创设合理的激励机制、完善严格的考核监督等措施。从南昌航空大学应用化学专业采取的做法和取得的成效来看,突破理工类本科学生毕业论文的质量困境,关键在于有效激励学生和导师,严格考核管理,加强监督检查,只有这样,才能促进本科毕业论文的质量稳步提升。
The present quality of undergraduate graduation theses sees a sharp decline at ordinary science and engineering colleges, and these theses are characterized by quality defects such as unsuitable subjects, lack of a scientific basis, serious plagiarism or fraud and shallow illustration. We find out underlying factors accountable for these qualify defects, which include students' ideological understanding deviation, insufficient time and energy input, shortage of scientific research training and lack of an effective supervision system. On this basis, the measures and methods, such as carrying out ideological work strictly, raising "quality consciousness", teaching thesis writing methods in advance,providing enough time, integrating production, learning and research, strengthening scientific research training, implementing an effective incentive mechanism, and improving evaluation and supervision, have been conducted on the applied chemistry discipline of Nanchang Hangkong University. According to the effects of these measures, the key to quality improvement is to effectively motivate students and teachers,examine theses strictly, and strengthen supervision. In this way, the quality of undergraduate graduation theses could be improved steadily.
