摘要
教师是课程的创生者与实践者。2016年底,教育部颁布的《盲、聋和培智三类特殊教育学校义务教育课程标准》不仅规定了课程的性质、目标和主要内容,还对教师的学科教学、教育与康复、个别化教育等综合素养提出了更高、更专业的要求。为有效推进课程标准的实施,培养适应特殊教育新课程标准的高素质师资队伍,培养机构应该努力做到:丰富通识课程资源,注重文化熏陶与生命体验,促进师德培养;强化融合教育理念及知识;加强跨专业、跨学科间的合作,培养精细专业人才;多种形式地开展特殊儿童教育与康复的教学及实践活动;加强教研素养,培养特殊教育教师对特殊儿童及教学实践的研究能力。
Teachers are the creators and practitioners of courses.At the end of 2016,the Ministry of Education set the Standard of Compulsory Education Curriculum for the Special Education Schools of fostering blind,deaf and mental retarded students,which not only stipulates the characteristicss,objectives and main contents of the curriculum,but also lays out higher and more professional requirements on teachers comprehensive qualifications,such as subject education,education and rehabilitation training,and the planning and implementation on personalized education.In order to effectively implement the curriculum standards,and cultivate high-quality faculty who meet the new curriculum standards for special education,training institutions of special education teachers should focus on the following points.They should enrich the resources of comprehensive curriculum,pay attention to cultural influence and life experience,and promote teachers’ morality.They need to enhance the idea and knowledge of inclusive education and to cultivate professional talents in specific fields.Besides,teaching and practice of education for special children and their rehabilitation training should be carried out in various forms.What’s more,they should cultivate teachers’ research ability of studying exceptional children and their own teaching practice,and strengthen the cultivation of teachers’ teaching and research quality.
