摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理在精神病患者改良电抽搐治疗中的运用效果。方法:100例行改良电抽搐治疗的精神病患者按护理方法不同被分为常规组与舒适组各50例,常规组实施常规护理,舒适组实施舒适护理,对比其护理效果。结果:舒适组总有效率82.0%明显高于常规组的64.0%(P<0.05);治疗后舒适组的BPRS评分明显低于常规组(P<0.05);舒适组的不良反应发生率18.0%明显低于常规组的32.0%(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可明显提升精神病患者改良电抽搐治疗的疗效,改善患者症状,且有助于降低不良反应发生率。
