服用反光面料的开发及反光性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为开发透气性好、反光图案更立体且反光性能好的服用反光面料,改变织物中反光长丝宽度、经纱颜色、反光区域纵向(经向)长度和反光长丝的浮长线,织造了不同规格的反光面料,并依据相关标准测试了面料的反光性能。试验结果表明,使用较细的反光长丝,减小反光长丝之间的间隙有助于提高织物的反光性;使用浅色经纱有助于提高织物的反光性;随着织物中反光区域经向长度的增加,织物的反光性能随之增加;适当增大反光材料在织物中的浮长线,可提高织物的反光性能。本研究结果可为服用反光面料的开发提供参考。 In order to develop a reflective fabric with better breathability and reflection.We changed the length of the reflective filament, the color of the warp, the length of the retroreflective area and the length of the floats of the reflective filament. We weave a different size of the reflective fabric, and according to the relevant standards tested fabric reflective properties. The test results show that the use of finer reflective filaments to reduce the gap between the reflective filaments helps to improve the reflectivity of the fabric; The use of light colored warp yarns helps to improve the reflectivity of the fabric; As the length of the reflective area in the fabric increases, the re-flective properties of the fabric increase. Appropriate growth of reflective filament floats can improve the fabric’s re-flective performance. The results of this study can be used as a reference for the development of reflective fabrics.
