摘要
大容量铁心电抗器常采用辐射式铁心饼,而国内对该种铁心饼截面优化的研究较少。根据铁心电抗器辐射式铁心饼结构特点,构建了铁心截面优化模型,利用动态规划方法,在Excel内进行VBA编程,实现了铁心电抗器辐射式铁心截面自动优化,并给出了优化算例。研究表明,编制的程序可快速实现不同规格辐射式铁心饼截面的自动优化,适合工程实际应用,对大容量铁心电抗器的设计和制造具有实际指导意义。
Radial core is commonly used to large capacity core-reactor, but research on sectional optimization for this core is relatively rare in our country. In this paper, based on the structural characteristic of the radial core, the optimization model was presented and VBA programming was realized in Excel using dynamic programming method to achieve automatic optimization of radial core section for core reactor. An optimization example was given. The result shows that program can realize fast automatic optimization of radial core section of different specifications for practical engineering applications. This study is of practical guiding significance for design and manufacture of large capacity core-reactor.
