摘要 目的探讨神经内镜在微血管减压术(MVD)治疗面肌痉挛中的效果。方法选取2011年8月至2016年9月确诊的122例需要采取MVD治疗的面肌痉挛患者,按随机数字表法将其分为内镜组(n=61)和对照组(n=61)。内镜组全程在神经内镜下行MVD,对照组在显微镜下行常规MVD。比较2组的疗效、复发率及术后并发症的发生率。结果内镜组治愈率明显高于对照组(95.08%比85.24%,P<0.05),复发率、术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组(0.0%比4.9%、0.0%比8.2%,P<0.05)。结论在MVD中采用神经内镜治疗面肌痉挛可显著提高临床疗效,减少复发率及术后并发症。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of neuroendoscopy in microvascular decompression surgery(MVD)for facial spasm.Methods A total of 122 patients with facial spasm confirmed between August 2011 and September 2016 were randomly treated with MVD under either neuroendoscope(endoscopic group,n=61)or microscope(control group,n=61).Clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate in endoscopic group was significantly higher than that in control group(95.08% vs85.24%,P<0.05).In addition,the rate of recurrence and the incidence of complications in endoscopic group were obviously lower than those in control group(0.0% vs 4.9% and 0.0% vs8.2%,respectively;P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic microvascular decompression can improve clinical efficacy and reduce recurrence rate and postoperative complications in patients with facial spasm.
