单管环状掺水流程集油环单井产液量计量研究 被引量:1

摘要 油井油、气、水的三相计量是油田生产管理中的一项重要工作,对油井产出液进行准确、及时计量,对掌握油藏状况、制定生产方案具有指导意义。卫星油田地面单井集油工艺主要采用环状掺水工艺流程,单井计量方式以示功图法为主。但是由于功图法量油仅适用于泵况正常的油井,若出现双凡尔漏失、震动大等造成悬点载荷变化异常的因素,严重影响"功图法"量油计量数据的准确性。所以采用三相计量装置测量单井产量,用以校正功图的方法来实现更为精确的单井计量,并进行误差分析,为油田单井计量的校正提供了新思路。 The three phase measurement of oil,gas,water was an important task in oil field production management,the accurate,timely measurement of the oil well produced fluid to grasp the reservoir condition,make production plan,which has the important guiding significance.Satellite oilfield ground single well oil gathering process mainly adopts annular water blending process,indicator diagrams method was used mainly in the single-well metering.But because of the indicator diagrams method applies only to well pump condition was normal,if double valve leakage,large vibration caused abnormal factors of the polished rod load change,which will seriously affect indicator diagrams method accuracy of the measurement data.Therefore,the three-phase metering device is used to measure the singlewell output,and the method of correcting work map is used to realize more accurate single-well measurement and error analysis,which provides a new idea for single-well metering correction in oilfields.
