摘要 发电机组的振动和噪声信号能够真实反映其运行状态信息,而噪声信号相比振动信号,能够不受频率、带电状况和设备封闭情况等条件限制。本文基于噪声频率分段提取的方法识别出了水轮发电机异常噪声特征频段为1000~6000Hz,并根据特征频段在各种运行工况时的变化规律,诊断出水轮发电机定子存在局部放电点。大修时的局放试验结果验证了基于噪声频段提取法诊断水轮发电机放电故障的正确性。 The vibration and noise signals of generator can reflect its running status information. Incontrast with vibration signal, noise signal is not limited by the conditions of signal frequency,equipment charging or sealing. Based on noise frequency band extraction, the characteristicfrequency band of 1000Hz^6000Hz for hydraulic generator abnormal noise was identified.According to the change rules of the characteristic frequency band for various operating conditions,partial discharge points of the hydraulic generator were detected. The partial discharge test resultsverified that the diagnosis result was correct.
