摘要
实验实训是应用技术型大学人才培养中的重要环节,实验室是实验实训的重要载体。随着社会对复合型人才需求的增加,高校人才培养目标和培养条件的要求也发生改变,原有的实验室设置及管理模式已不能适应高校的发展要求。整合实验室资源、健全高校实验中心、完善开放式的管理制度等措施有助于提高学校实验实训的质量,促进教学质量和科研水平的提升,提高高校人才培养素质。针对应用技术型大学的实验中心分散管理和利用率低的问题,探索实验中心的科学管理模式和发展策略,能更好地发挥实验室功能。
Experiment and practicaltraining is an essential part for talent cultivation in application-oriented universities.Laboratories are the important carrier of experiments and training courses.With the increasing demand of inter-disciplinary talents,talent cultivation objectives and requirements for colleges are also changing.The old laboratory setting and management modes can＇t meet the needs of college development.Therefore,application-oriented universities should integrate laboratory resources,complete laboratory center construction,perfect the open-ended management system,so as to improve experiments and training quality,increase teaching quality and scientific research level,enhance college talent-cultivation quality. Besides,as the laboratory centers are dispersive and are with low utilization rate,scientific management modes and development strategies should be developed to give full play to laboratories.
