摘要
目的建立三叶丹参指纹图谱及其丹参酮类成分含量测定的方法,为其质量控制提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法建立三叶丹参的HPLC指纹图谱,测定其中3种活性成分的含量,同时结合化学计量学方法对指纹图谱进行分析。结果建立了11批三叶丹参药材的共有图谱,确定了13个共有峰,测定了丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的总含量在2.86~8.11 mg﹒g^(-1)之间;11批样品相似度均大于0.9;11批药材可大致聚成两类;主成分分析提取出的两个主成分方差累计贡献率大于85%。结论该方法专属性强,HPLC指纹图谱结合化学计量学方法和丹参酮类成分含量测定能全面反应其内在质量,为三叶丹参的质量控制提供科学依据。
Objective A simple and efficient HPLC fingerprint method was developed and validated for quality control of the Salvia trijuga Diel. Methods Eleven batches of Salvia trijuga Diel collected from different places in Yunnan were used to establish the HPLC fingerprint,and take on analysis of PCA and HCA. Results For the fingerprint analysis,13 characteristic peaks were selected to evaluate the similarities of eleven batches of the Salvia trijuga Diel. The similarities of the Salvia trijuga Diel samples were all more than 0. 9,indicating that the samples from different areas were consistent. Conclusion The results demonstrated that the HPLC fingerprint as a characteristic distinguishing method combining chemometrics methods and quantitative analysis can be successfully used to assess the quality of the Salvia trijuga Diel.
