不同工业污泥水泥窑协同处置的优化配料分析

摘要 基于对不同工业污泥成分的分析,并结合水泥生料和多种典型金属矿床尾矿的化学成分,阐述工业污泥水泥窑协同处置时优化配料的基本方法,以三种不同工业污泥为例进行了优化配料计算。研究结果表明,不同工业污泥中SiO_2、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3和CaO等氧化物的占比各不相同,采用累加试凑的方法可综合利用不同的工业污泥代替石灰石、黏土和钢渣等原料生产水泥,实现最大化的资源利用,其产品的三率值满足水泥熟料率值的要求,生料易烧性良好,水泥质量能够得到控制。 Based on the analysis of the composition of different industrial sludge and the chemical composition of tailings of cement raw materials and various typical metal deposits, the basic methods of op- timizing the batching of industrial sludge cement kiln were discussed. Three differem industrial wastes Mud as an example to optimize the calculation of ingredients. The results show that the proportion of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and CaO in different industrial sludge is different, and the method of cumulative application can be used to produce cement with different industrial sludge instead of limestone, clay and steel slag, To achieve maximum utilization of resources, the product of the three-rate value to meet the requirements of the cement clinker rate, raw material flammability is good, cement quality can be controlled.
