摘要
克莱尔不同意华兹华斯以诗人为中心的美学观,并强烈反对诗歌映射论。他认为真正灵感的来源是自然,诗人的诗歌创造只能是感知再现。从这种美学原则出发,克莱尔诗艺技巧有一个明晰的特点:文字加速进入对感知充溢本身的描述,诗歌成为客观投影,是从材料中自然成长出来,并潜藏于整个经验之中,是一种个人与生命的直接个相。
John Clare does not agree to Wordsworhian allegation that the poet is the center of the literary world and strongly opposes the theory of poetic reflection. Clare believes that the nature itself is the inspirer of all creation, and that poesy is just a recurrence of perception. Based on this principle, Clare' s poetic technique demon- strates an explicit trait: by the acceleration of diction, the poet focuses on the description of perceptional excess; the poetry thus becomes an objective projection, it is a natural offspring from the universe and meanwhile it is the comparatively faithful representation of our experience. In Clare' s view, poetry is a direct unique image of man and life.
