摘要 随着京津冀协同发展持续推进,三地体育产业相互融合。基于河北省高尔夫俱乐部的休闲体育发展,运用调查问卷法、数理统计法和文献资料法等研究方法,对河北省高尔夫俱乐部的消费群体的消费行为进行综合分析,其中包括影响高尔夫俱乐部消费者满意度的分析,最后得出研究结果。河北省高尔夫俱乐部消费特征为:新生高尔夫消费群体缓慢发展;高尔夫消费者的健康意识促进消费动机形成;消费理念与高尔夫俱乐部文化建设不适应;高尔夫俱乐部服务质量影响消费者的满意程度。处理好消费者与高尔夫俱乐部的关系是改善河北省高尔夫俱乐部经营管理现状,实现创新开发与发展的关键所在。 With the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the sports industry of the three places is integrated. Based on the leisure sports development of golf club in Hebei Province, by using the research methods of questionnaire, mathematical sta- tistics and literature, this paper comprehensively analyzes the consumption behavior of consumer groups in Hebei Golf Club, including the analysis of consumer satisfaction, and finally, the results are obtained. The consumption characteristics of golf club in Hebei Province are as follows: First, the new consumer groups develop very slowly. Secondly, the consumers' health awareness promotes consumption motivation. Thirdly, the consumption concept and cultural construction of the golf club can not adapt. Fourthly, the golf club service quality affects cus- tomer satisfaction. Therefore, how to deal with the relationship between the consumers and the golf club is the key to improving the manage- ment of golf clubs in Hebei Province and achieving innovative development and development.
