摘要
目的:探讨急性白血病患者感染现状及护理对策。方法:收治急性白血病合并感染患者37例,总结临床治疗及护理预防措施。结果:感染好发部位排名前3位的依次是血液、呼吸道、胃肠道,感染病原菌排名前3位的依次为金黄色葡萄球菌、肠球菌以及链球菌。结论:急性白血病患者易发生血液系统感染,护理上应以预防为主,积极对症护理,促进患者早日康复。
Objective：To explore the infection status and nursing countermeasures of acute leukemia patients.Methods：37 patients with acute leukemia complicated with infection were selected.We summarized the clinical treatment and nursing prevention measures.Results：The first three infection sites were blood,respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract.The top three pathogens were staphylococcus aureus,enterococcus faecium and streptococcus.Conclusion：Patients with acute leukemia were prone to infection of the blood system.In nursing,we should give priority to prevention,take positive symptomatic care,and promote the patients to recover at an early date.
