摘要
目的:探讨全身麻醉下氧流量和钠石灰对呼气末二氧化碳浓度的影响。方法:收治妇科全身麻醉患者40例,随机分为J组和G组。J组采用进口钠石灰吸附,G组采用国产钠石灰吸附。结果:G组通过钠石灰罐后P_(ET)CO_2迅速下降(P<0.10)。结论:麻醉机氧流量和钠石灰罐能影响临床对P_(ET)CO_2的监测,要调整好氧流量和勤换钠石灰罐。
Objective:To investigate the effect of oxygen flow and soda lime on end tidal carbon dioxide concentration under general anesthesia.Methods:40 patients with gynecological general anesthesia were randomly divided into the J group and the G group.Results:The PETCO2 in the G group decreased rapidly after soda lime jar(P〈0.10).Conclusion:The anesthesia machine oxygen flow and soda lime tank can affect the monitoring of PETCO2 in clinical,and should adjust the flow of oxygen and soda lime tank.
