摘要
为有效控制因互感器端子盒受潮引发的绝缘事故及保护误动风险,确保户外式互感器设备安全运行,对近期暴露的互感器端子盒受潮缺陷进行分析归纳。结合户外式互感器端子盒平板密封结构和门扇密封结构的不同密封特性,对造成端子盒受潮的密封结构、工艺质量及环境等影响因素进行综合分析。通过建立密封件二维平面应变模型,确定密封件失效判据。最后针对发现的问题从设计选型、安装工艺、日常维护等方面提出改善建议。
In order to control effectively insulation incidents and protection malfunction risks caused by moisture of transformer terminal box and ensure the security operation of the outdoor transformer equipment, moisture defects of transformer terminal boxes exposed recently are analyzed and summarized. Influence factors which caused the moisture of terminal boxes including the seal structure, the process quality and environment and so on are analyzed comprehensively combining with different seal characteristics of flat seal structure and door seal structure of sealing structure between flat seal structure and door seal structure outdoor transformer terminal boxes. The failure criterion of the seal component is determined by establishing the 2D plane strain model of seal component.Finally, aiming at problems found improvement suggestions are proposed from aspects of design selection, installation process and routine maintenance and so on.
