摘要 针对配电网可靠性评估中未能考虑元件随运行年限而老化的问题,提出一种基于元件几何过程的配电网可靠性评估方法。通过引入修正系数修正元件正常运行时间与故障修复时间,获得元件状态变化次数影响状态持续时间的修正模型,最后采用蒙特卡洛模拟法评估不同运行年限配电网可靠性指标。评估结果表明:随着元件运行年限的增长,元件可靠度不断下降,最终导致配电网可靠性水平不断下降;考虑了元件几何过程后,系统评估模型更精确,能够更客观地评估配电系统可靠性水平。 Aiming at the problem of not considering component aging along with the operation life in distribution network reliability evaluation, a distribution network reliability evaluation method based on geometric process of components is proposed. The correction model for the influence of the change number of component state to the state duration time is obtained, by introducing correction coefficients which correct normal operation time and fault repair time of components. Finally, distribution network reliability index with different operation life is evaluated by using Monte Carlo simulation method. Evaluation results show that component reliabilities are continuously decreasing along with the increasing components operation life, which finally leads to the continuous decreasing of distribution network reliability level. After the consideration of component geometric process, the system evaluation model is more precise which can more objectively evaluate the distribution system reliability level.
