摘要
为解决多面复杂转子在高速旋转中的振动问题,提出了一种动平衡配重方法,能对单面或多面的不平衡复杂转子进行有效配重,并以某发电机转子为实例测试了该配重方法的效果,结果表明,该方法对单面或多面复杂转子具有较高的配重精度,使转子在高速运转中具有很好的平衡稳定性。
The rotor during high speed rotation vibrates because of inertia force and moment of inertia generated by the unbalanced mass and the vibrations cause the high speed rotation of the rotor swing,resulting in wear,and reduce the life of the rotor.In order to solve the vibration problem of multifaceted complex rotor,a method of balancing counterweight is proposed,which can be effective counterweight to the unbalanced complex rotor with one or more facet.In addition,the author takes the rotor of generator as an example to test the effect of the method.Results show that this method has higher accuracy counterweight to the rotor with one or more facet.
