空气辅助微生物提高采收率的室内实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 从三叠系长6油藏产出污泥分离出3株具有较强驱油能力的优势菌株,一株为好氧菌,一株为厌氧菌,一株为兼性厌氧菌。对不同溶氧量下3株菌复配菌液进行了生长规律进行了测定,同时,对空气辅助微生物降解原油能力进行了测定,测试了非均质模型中微生物与空气交替注入驱油效果。通过实验优选出溶氧浓度为4.5 mg/L时,微生物相对较快达到对数生长期。溶氧浓度为4.5~5.5 mg/L时微生物对原油降解率较高。微生物与空气交替注入驱油时,采收率提高17.08%,体现出空气辅助微生物提高采收率优势,对拓宽提高采收率理论及提高矿场增油效果很有意义。 Three fermentative enrichment cultures were obtained from the sludge samples of the Triassic Yanchang 6 reservoir.One strain is aerobic strain,one strain is anaerobic bacteria,and the third one is facultative anaerobes.The growth rhythm of three strains was measured.In addition,the microbial flooding and air-injection displacement in heterogeneous physical model was created.Experiments showed that microorganisms entered the stationary phase relatively quickly at dissolved oxygen concentration of 4.5 mg/L.Physical simulation of oil displacement indicated that oil recovery factor of alternate injection is increased by 17.08%.The synergistic effect of microbial flooding and air-injection displacement is of important practical significance to broaden the improved recovery theory and Improve the effect of field test.
