摘要 目的探讨中药饮片质量的影响因素及质量控制对策。方法选择2015年1月—2016年12月本院门诊中药房月质量管理自查工作中发现的中药饮片若干问题情况作为研究对象,收集相关资料,分析导致问题的相关因素,进而总结中药饮片质量的影响因素,并制定相关的管理对策。结果 24个月中药饮片质量管理中发现的问题显示内含杂质、饮片混淆占比最高(41.67%),高于不同地区习用品种名称混淆(16.67%)、同科属植物混充正品药材的鉴别(16.67%)、主观经验鉴别有误(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片质量的影响因素较多,需采取相应的质量控制对策,提高质量管理水平。 Objective To discuss the influencing factors and quality control measures of the quality of Chinese herbal medicine pieces. Methods Some problems of Chinese herbal medicine found during January 2015 to December 2016, the real Chinese medicine in the hospital outpatient month quality management of self-examination work was as the research object. relevant data was collected and the related factors causing the problem was analyzed. Then the influencing factors of the quality of Chinese herbal pieces were summarized, and the relevant management measures were formulated. Results 24 months of herbal medicine quality problems in the management of the survey results showed that contains impurities, pieces of confusion of the highest proportion(41.67%), was significantly higher than that of conventional varieties in different areas(16.67%), the same name confused genera identification Hunchong genuine medicinal plant(16.67%), the subjective experience of mistaken identity(25.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion There are many influencing factors on the quality of traditional Chinese medicine pieces, so the corresponding quality control measures should be taken to improve the quality management level.
