摘要
思想政治教育专业的人才培养模式实现了从理论型到应用型,再到复合型的转变。思想政治教育专业复合型人才的特殊性体现在5个方面,即马克思主义学科方向,把握重大理论和实践的双重能力,专业教育和素质教育的统一,职业理想和人生理想的融合,彰显人的自由全面发展的最高价值理想。
The personnel training model of ideological and political education specialty changes from the theory orientation,the application orientation and to the Inter-disciplinary talent cultivation. The characteristics of theinter-disciplinary talent cultivation of ideological and political education includes five aspects： a focus on Marxism subject,the dual abilities in both theories and practice,an integration of specialty education and quality education,an integration of professional ideal with life targets,and the ultimate value ideal manifesting a free andc omprehensive development of individuals.
