摘要
我国西南地区大面积种植烟草,抑制顶端优势是提高烟叶品质的重要手段。目前,多采用人工打顶方式,加之行间烟叶茂密且易损坏的特点,使得人工打顶抑芽劳动强度和作业量非常大,因此,开发一种代替人工作业的打顶抑芽装备成为亟待解决的问题。文章针对丘陵山地种植的烟草实现自动化打顶抑芽作业的需求,创新设计出轻便式烟草打顶剪切机构,并利用电动机实现驱动。该剪切机构设置齿轮齿条传动,结构简单、能耗低。通过计算、试验,确定了剪切机构的参数和选择了电动机的参数。样机试验结果表明,所设计的剪切机构能够完成相应的剪切打顶作业。该剪切机构结构简单,携带轻便,使用可靠,可操作性强,为打顶抑芽机的推广应用提供了依据。
The large area in southwest China are planting tobacco. At the same time, it is a vital method that to curb the top edge to improve tobacco quality. At present, the method of artificial beating is still popular but the high dense and fragile characteristics of the tobacco leaf make this work arduous and heavy. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a new type of anti-bud machine to release manual operation. This study aims at the demand for the automation of the anti-bud operation of tobacco in hilly areas and innovatively designed a light-type tobacco top cutting mechanism which is drove by the electric motor. With gear tooth transferring force, the shear mechanism is simple and low energy consumption. Considering fully what may encounter during actual use, which guarantees finishing topping and sucker without damaging near tobacco, we calculate the force and the working speed and select the parameters for it. According to the test, the shearing mechanism can accomplish topping and sucker. The shearing mechanism is simple, small, reliable and operable, providing a basis for the popularization and application.
