摘要颅内原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤（primary central nervous system lymphoma,PCNSL）是颅内少见的原发肿瘤。本病原发于中枢神经系统,且用其他影像方法检查,未发现机体其他部位受累的淋巴瘤,约占颅内原发肿瘤的1%~2%。与其他颅内原发肿瘤不同的是,本病早期以手术治疗为主,晚期通常以化疗为主,但预后效果欠佳。
