摘要 采用激光二极管(LD)单端抽运a轴切割的Tm:YAP晶体,实现了声光调Q脉冲激光输出。模拟分析了a-cut的Tm:YAP晶体的热透镜效应,使用Comsol软件模拟晶体内部温度分布,在此基础上设计了平凹腔型结构。研究了自由运转与调Q运转情况激光的输出特性。在重频率1k Hz情况下,获得了中心波长为1988nm,单脉冲能量为4.94m J,最窄脉冲宽度为90ns,峰值功率52.22MW的激光输出,光束质量M2因子在x和y方向上分别为2.11和1.88。 LD Single-ended pumping a-cut Tm:YAP crystal is used to realize acoustic-optic Q-switched laser output. Thermal lens effect of a-cut Tm:YAP crystal is analyzed and designed. Using Comsol to simulate the temperature dis-tribution inside the ctystal, based on which the plano-concave resonator is employed. The relation output characteristics under the situation of free running laser and Q-switched laser are researched. The single pulse energy of 4.94mJ is achieved at the pulsed repetition rate 1kHz, with pulse width 90 ns and peak power 52.22MW and central wavelength 1988nm.The M 2x is 2.11 and the M 2y is 1.88.
