摘要
文章探析以用户体验为中心应用于公共空间分类垃圾桶的设计方法,分析了目前分类垃圾桶存在的分类成功率低的问题,采用深入访谈法的形式了解使用者需求,并通过KJ法归纳出分类垃圾桶的用户体验要素,对分类垃圾桶的设计策略进行研究总结。将以用户为中心的设计理念及研究方法扩展到对分类垃圾桶的设计策略探讨,关注分类垃圾桶使用者群体的潜在需求,以用户体验要素为导向,结合分类垃圾桶的特征,提炼出分类垃圾桶的设计研发的相关原则和策略。
It aims to explore and analyze the design methods of public space classification garbage can, with the user experience being centered on. Specially, based on the current problem of low success rate of classification, the in-depth interview method is adopted in the paper to identify the user demands. Subsequently, in combination with the KJ analysis method, the user experience elements involved in the classification garbage can are deduced, and the design strategy of classification garbage can is elaborated on and summarized. In order to expands the user-centered design philosophy and research method into the discussion on the design strategy of classification garbage can. Special attention is paid to the potential demands of user group of classification garbage can, and it is totally user experience elements-oriented. On the basis of the characteristics of classification garbage can, related principles and strategies concerning the design and development of classification garbage can is selectively raised.
