摘要
为了研究钻削参数对CFRP/Ti叠层材料钻削温度的影响,采用正交试验法及硬质合金(YG6X)对其进行一体化钻削试验,使用红外热像仪测量出口位置的钻削温度。结果表明,钻削温度随主轴转速升高而升高,随进给速度升高而降低,并且主轴转速对温度影响大于进给速度。选取一组钻削参数进行钻削试验,检测结果表明:使用表面粗糙度仪(TR240)得到CFRP内孔平均表面粗糙度值Ra=6.65μm。使用三坐标测量仪得到CFRP内孔平均孔径d=6.041mm,公差等级为IT10;钛合金钻孔平均孔径d=6.039mm,公差等级也是IT10。
In order to research the influence of drilling parameters on drilling temperature during drilling process of CFRP/Ti stacks,it uses the method of orthogonal design and carbide tool (YG6X) to the integrated drilling experiment, measuring drilling temperature of Titanium alloy exit position with a thermal infrared imager. Test results show that drilling temperature rise with the increase of spindle speed and decrease of feed speed and the influence of the spindle speed is greater than the feed speed on the drilling temperature. Select a set of drillingparameters on drilling test, the test results show that the average surface roughness values on the inside of the CFRP drilled holeswere6.65p^m using the surface roughness meter (TR240). The average inside hole dinmeter of CFRP /s 6.041mm and the tolerance grade is IT10 using the three coordimue measuring machine ; The average inside hole diameter of Titanium alloy is 6.039mm and tolerance grade is IT10.
