摘要
高等教育中外合作办学项目是中外合作办学的重要形式之一,其治理水平的提升是中外合作办学提质增效的关键环节。对政府、市场和文化等多重因素的分析发现,高等教育中外合作办学项目治理水平提升的主要路径有:强化地方政府的政策支持;优化地域布局和学科专业布局;优化项目类别和层次结构;激发高校主体活力,实现工作重心下移。
Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in program of higher education is one of the important forms of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. The improvement of governance level is the key link of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools. The analysis of the factors such as govern＇ment, market and culture show that the main ways to improve the governance level of Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in program of higher education are： to strengthen the local government＇s policy support; tO optimize the layout of the regional and disciplines; to optimize the project category and hierarchical structure; to stimulate the main vitality of colleges and universities, to achieve the focus shifted.
