摘要
目的:评价氟浓度为2.26 mg/m L的氟涂料(Duraphat)对正畸固定矫治后釉质脱矿再矿化的临床效果。方法:按随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的原则,对正畸固定矫治结束并拆除托槽的患者进行牙釉质脱矿检查,选择符合纳入标准的110例受试者,随机分为2组;每个月1次,持续6个月,分别在唇颊面釉质脱矿区域涂布2.26 mg/m L氟涂料(Duraphat)或不含氟的安慰剂蒸馏水,并予刚拆除托槽时、拆除托槽后的3、6个月采用激光荧光诊断仪DIAGNOdent Pen分别对唇颊面釉质脱矿区的再矿化效果进行对比。结果:正畸固定矫治拆除托槽后第3个月时两组的读数较基线时分别降低了5.52、1.34,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第6个月时两组的读数较基线分别降低了7.12、1.41,与基线比较,试验组下降的幅度比对照组大,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟浓度为2.26 mg/m L的氟涂料(Duraphat)可促进固定矫治后出现的釉质脱矿进行再矿化。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of 2.26 mg/mL fluoride varnish(Duraphat)applications on enamel remineralization after orthodontic treatment with fixed appliance. Methods:The study was designed as a random, double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical trial. In accordance with inclusion criteria,among 110 orthodontic patients were randomly assigned to a test group or a placebo group with topical application of either Duraphat or a placebo every month after orthodontic treatment during first 6 months. The subjects were measured by the laser fluorescence DIAGNOdent Pen at baseline, and at 3rdmonth and 6th month thereafter. Results:DIAGNOdent Pen rendings of WSL was significantly lower in test group than in placebo group at 3rd month,5.52 vs 1.34(P〈0.05). DIAGNOdent Pen rendings of WSL was significantly lower in tast group than in placebo group at 6th month,7.12 vs 1.41(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The effect of 2.26 mg/mL fluoride varnish( Duraphat) used on enamel remineralization after orthodontic treatment was remarkable.
