摘要
目的 探讨补肾活血化痰中药对颈动脉狭窄患者血脂及同型半胱氨酸（Ｈｃｙ）水平的影响。
方法 选取颈动脉狭窄患者１２０例，采用权重系数对患者的证型进行分析，分为痰浊证、血瘀证、阴虚证和气
虚证，并采用补肾活血化痰中药对患者进行治疗。治疗前后分别应用酶转换法及酶重复法检测患者的血脂及
Ｈｃｙ水平。结果 经过权重法分析，痰浊证患者最多，占９０．０％（１０８／１２０），其次血瘀证患者占８２．５％
（９９／１２０），阴虚证患者占６７．５％（８１／１２０），而气虚证患者占５１．６７％（６２／１２０）。治疗前，痰浊证、血瘀证、阴
虚证和气虚证患者Ｈｃｙ、血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）水平呈递增趋势；治疗后，
痰浊证Ｈｃｙ、ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ分别为（１０．３８±０．１２）μｍｏｌ／Ｌ、（７．２３±０．９１）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ、（１１．０３±０．１３）ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ、（７３０±

Objective ToinvestigatetheeffectofBushenHuoxueHuatandecoctiononbloodlipidand
homocysteine（Hcy）levelsofpatientswithcarotidarterystenosis.Methods 120casesofcarotidarterystenosis
wereselected.Thedifferentsyndromesofpatientswereanalyzedbyweightcoefficient,includingphlegm turbidity,
bloodstasis,yindeficiencyandqideficiencysyndrome.Phlegm traditionalChinesemedicinewasusedtotreatthe
patients.SerumlipidsandHcylevelsbeforeandaftertreatmentweremeasuredwithenzymeconversionmethodand
enzymerepeatmethod.Results Afterweightcoefficientanalysis,90.0%（108/120）ofpatientswerephlegmturbidity
syndrome,82.5%（99/120）werebloodstasis,yindeficiencywas67.5%（81/120）andqideficiencysyndromewas
51.67%（62/120）.Beforetreatment,theHcy,TC,TGandHDLlevelsofpatientswithphlegmturbidity,bloodstasis,
yindeficiencyandqideficiencysyndromewereincreased.Aftertreatment,theHcy,TC,TGandHDLlevelsofpatients
withphlegmturbiditywere（10.38±0.12）μmol/L,（7.23±0.91）mmol/L,（11.03±0.13）mmol/L,（7.30±
084）mmol/L,respectively,whichofpatientswithbloodstasiswere（6.39±0.22）μmol/L,（16.37±0.21）μmol/L,
（6.45±0.20）mmol/Land（3.21±0.62）mmol/L,respectively,whichofpatientswithyindeficiencywere（16.37±
021）mmol/L,（10.22±0.88）mmol/L,（15.89±0.19）mmol/L,（10.67±0.65）mmol/L,respectively,whichof
patientswithqideficiencywere（10.25±0.14）mmol/L,（8.20±0.73）mmol/L,（9.98±0.11）mmol/L,（8.43±
0.34）mmol/L,respectively.Aftertreatment,thelevelsofHcy,TC,TGandHDLweresignificantlyimproved,andthe
differenceswerestatisticallysignificant（F=46.774,12.310,49.486,59.406,allP〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen
HuoxueHuatandecoctioniseffectiveinthetreatmentofcarotidarterystenosis,whichcansignificantlyimprovethe
levelsofHcy,TC,TGandHDL,anditisofgreatvalue.
