摘要
文章以2013年至2017年8月以来的26例大学生涉足传销的个案为考察对象,在文献研究和案例调查的基础上,通过对大学生涉足传销的途径、地域等过程要素进行统计,对造成大学生涉足传销的主要原因进行探索。文章结合大学生职业规划教育,从转变理念、规范管理、纳入课程、重点环节等方面提出大学生就业安全指导对策,以防范大学生涉足传销。
This article takes 26 cases of college students entering pyramid selling since 2013 to August 2017 as the object of study. On the basis of literature research and case study, through the statistics of college students involved in pyramid selling, geographical and other process factors, the main causes of college students＇ involvement in pyramid selling are explored.Combining with the career planning education of college students, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to guide college students＇ employment safety from such aspects as changing ideas, standardizing management, taking courses and key links of getting a job in order to prevent college students from entering pyramid selling.
