摘要
铀矿地质资料在定密工作上普遍存在定密有法难依、解密责权不晰、密级变更任务繁重等问题,江西省核工业地质局针对上述问题,采取了制定保密范围、建立定密责任人制度、开展定密授权、突出保密重点、落实密级变更、加强定密检查监督等一系列措施,规范了铀矿地质资料的定密机制,为铀矿地质资料更好地开发利用提供了支撑。
The secret-level setting work of geological data on uranium mines is generally involved with problems such as difficulty in abiding by law, vague division of responsibility and power, frequent change of secret levels, etc.. To solve all the problems above, Jiangxi Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau took a series of measures to regulate the secret-level setting mechanism to provide support for better development and utilization of geological data on uranium mines, including determining the range of secret, establishing a system of staff responsible for secret-level setting, carrying out secret-level setting authorization, highlighting secret priority, implementing secret-level change, strengthening supervision of secret-level setting work.
