摘要 随着信息技术快速发展,学术期刊正经历从纸质媒体传播向网站网页的网上终端传播、微博微信为载体的移动自媒体传播急剧转变。多元媒介给学术期刊发展提供了更多的传播渠道。同时也应清醒认识到:无论传播媒介怎么发展,学术期刊内容为王的本质没有变,品牌化发展的要求没有变,入"核心"入"C刊"的高定位发展仍有必要。学术期刊需要在信息技术发展中保持定力,狠抓刊文的学术质量,实现品牌化发展。学术期刊品牌化的发展定位,是现实科研评价体系等多重因素影响的现实选择。在具体实践中,需要期刊社/编辑部调动主办单位分管领导、业务主管领导与编辑工作人员多方面人力资源,凝神聚气,团结协作,坚持不懈地做好学术期刊品牌化工作;主办单位要充分认识到学术期刊的公益属性与品牌化建设的价值,提供充裕的资金支持与政策保障;学术期刊要打造特色栏目,提炼出版的重点方向。同时要充分发挥三种媒介各自的优势,做好学术期刊品牌化建设成果的传播工作。 With the rapid development of informational technology, the spread of academic journals are experi- encing a sharp shift from printing to web page online and the mobile media such as webchat. Multiple media pro- vides more channels to develop the academic journals. At the same time we should also be clear recognize that no matter what media development, the essence of the academic journal content is the king does not change, the de- mand for the development of the brand does not change, it is necessary to taking a high position in joining the "core" catalogue or becoming a number of the source journals of CSSCI. Academic journals should maintain concen- tration in the development of informational technology, try best to improve the academic quality of articles, and a- chieve the brand development. The development of academic journal is the choice of the reality of scientific research evaluation system.In practice, it is necessary for the journal club/editorial staff to mobilize the leadership in charge of the unit, business manager and editing staff; The organizer should fully realize the public welfare properties of academic periodicals and the value of the brand construction, provide abundant funds support and policy guarantee ; Academic journals should build characteristic columns, refining the publication of the key direction. At the same time, It's necessary to full take the advantages of three kinds of media and do better the spread of academic journal brand construction achievements.
