摘要
近期临床研究表明原发肿瘤的局部治疗有助于提高转移性前列腺癌患者的肿瘤特异生存率和总生存率。与淋巴结转移不同，伴有远处骨转移的前列腺癌患者能否受益尚缺乏高级别的随机对照试验数据，同时影响患者预后的相关因素也需进一步探讨。多种局部治疗方式与系统治疗如何有效联合也是目前研究的热点。
Recent clinical research shows that the local treatment of primary tumor c＇an improve cancer-specific-survival and overall-survival for metastatic prostate cancer patients. Differ with lymph node metastasis, there is not enough high-level randomized controlled trial data to decide whether the prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis will be benefited from local treatment, meanwhile, it also needs to fig- ure out the factors influencing prognosis of patients. How to efficiently combine multi local treatment with system treatment is a current research hot spot as well.
