摘要
经济全球化的深入及改革开放的日益加深,特别是"一带一路"战略的提出,给国土资源国际合作带来了新的机遇和挑战。因公护照签证管理工作是国土资源对外合作项目顺利开展的前提基础和重要保障。本文结合国土资源护照签证管理工作实际,通过分析护照签证业务特点和现有工作中存在的问题,探讨了国土资源行政事业单位提高护照签证工作效率的途径和措施。
Along with the in-depth development of the economic globalization and the reform and opening-up, especially the proposal of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy, the international cooperation of land and resources is faced with new challenges and opportunities. And the visa management of the official passport is the foundation and important guarantee for the smooth implementation of the international land and resources cooperation projects. Based on the real situations of the visa management of the official passport of the Ministry of Land and Resources, this paper attempts to discuss the effective ways and measures for improving the work efficiency of administrative institutions of land and resources on the visa management of the official passport by analyzing the characteristics of the passport and visa management and existing problems in the current work practice.
