摘要
建构现代中国管理哲学的理论体系,须将实践维度置于十分重要的地位。这既是对管理学学科内涵的深刻把握,也是对中国变革发展伟大实践的深刻体认。重构现代中国管理哲学理论体系,需通过四个方面的路径:一是以马克思主义实践观为指导,运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法分析问题,为现代中国管理哲学体系的构建奠定基石;二是深入梳理并继承中国优秀的传统文化和哲学思想,积极吸纳人类一切优秀的文明成果特别是管理哲学的思想和理论,为中国的现代化建设服务;三是中国的管理理论和管理哲学必须建立在中国自身丰富多样的管理实践基础之上,是对近代以来中国革命、建设特别是改革开放以来经济建设和社会发展成功实践的科学总结;四是把科学技术的发展尤其是信息技术革命作为建构中国管理哲学理论体系的重要因素。不断探求未知的领域,推进科学技术的发展进步,是人类最重要的实践活动之一。以互联网技术为代表的现代科技,不仅提供了改进管理方法、提升管理绩效的有力武器,也为中国抓住新一轮科技革命契机、实现真正意义上的赶超提供了难得的机遇。
The dimension of practice should be placed at a very important position in the constructing of the theoretical system of modern Chinese management philosophy,which contributes not only to a profound grasp of the connotation of management science but to a profound understanding of the great practice of China's reform and development.The following four paths should be realized in the reconstructing of the theoretical system of modern China management philosophy:Firstly,with Marxist concept of practice as the guide,applying Marxist standpoint,viewpoint and method,a cornerstone should be settled for the construction of modern China management philosophy system.Secondly,thoroughly comb and inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture and philosophical thoughts and actively absorb all the excellent human civilization achievements especially those in management philosophy,to serve the modernization of China.Thirdly,China's management theory and philosophy must be based on China's own rich and various management practices,and must be the scientific conclusion of its successful practice in economic construction and social development after modern Chinese revolution and construction,especially since its reform and opening-up.Fourthly,the development of science and technology,especially the information technology revolution should be taken as an important factor in constructing the theoretical system of China management philosophy.It is one of the most important human activities to keep exploring the unknown areas and advancing the development of science and technology.Modern science and technology represented by Internet technology provides not only powerful weapons to improve management methods and performance,but also rare opportunities to realize a catching-up in a real sense in the new round of science and technology revolution.
