细胞受体介导的免疫信号通路研究进展

摘要 免疫系统的细胞是通过其表面多样化受体来实现感知外界环境的变化和其与其他细胞信息交流的。在这些细胞中,淋巴细胞抗原受体已经得到深入研究。目前,其他免疫细胞受体与淋巴细胞上其他受体的分子机制也已经被研究得很清楚了。细胞表面受体所运送的细胞外界信息是通过细胞膜来产生一系列的胞内生物化学事件。信号传输的形式多种多样,这种过程被称为信号转导,它可以将信号传输到细胞的特定部位,并且将其作用维持和调控至特定的部位。大多数信号的终点是细胞核和细胞骨架。信号到达细胞核就改变基因表达,产生一些新的蛋白质,像细胞因子、化学增活素和细胞黏附因子,从而使免疫细胞在机体免疫系统的正确调控下发挥免疫学功能。 The various cells in the immune system depend on a series of cell- surface receptors to response to the changes of the external environment and to contact with other cells. In the immune cells, the lymphocyte antigen receptors have been studied deeply. The molecular mechanisms of cell receptors on lymphocytes and other immune cells have also been well understood at present. Immune cell receptors can transmit the information received from the extracellular environment through the plasma membrane to initiate a series of intracellular biochemical cases. The forms of signal transmission are various. The process is called signal transduction. It can transmit the signal to the specific location of the cell, and its function can be maintained and regulated in the specific location. Most of the cell signals terminate at the nucleus and cytoskeleton. When the signal reaches the nucleus, the expression of some genes can be changed, leading to the production of some new proteins such as cytokines, chemokines and cell adhesion factors. The immune cells can play the immunological function under the correct regulation of the immune system of the body.
