摘要
目的观察能全力序贯营养支持疗法对脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月就诊于我院神经内二科的脑卒中合并吞咽困难患者29例,根据患者意愿分为2组。试验组11例,采用能全力序贯营养支持;对照组18例,采用普通流食进行营养支持。治疗12 d后,观察并比较两组患者营养状况、并发症的发生及早期神经功能的变化。结果治疗后,试验组患者营养指标(血清总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白)下降情况较轻,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肺部感染发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者NHISS评分下降趋势较对照组明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者应用能全力序贯营养支持与普通流食的患者比较,营养指标的下降程度减轻,肺部感染的发生率低,利于患者早期神经功能恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of nengquanli sequential enteral nutrition support treatment for stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods Twenty-nine stroke patients with dysphagia in our department treated from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups by their will. Study group( n = 11) was given sequential enteral nutrition support of nengquanli,and control group( n = 18) was given ordinary liquid diets. After 12 d of treatment,the nutritional status,the incidence of side effects and the early neurological function changes between the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,the nutritional index( total protein,albumin and hemoglobin) of study group were higher than those of control group( P〈0. 05). The incidence of pneumonia of study group was lower than that of control group( P〈0. 05). The NHISS score of study group decreased obviously than that of control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the group given ordinary liquid diets,the use of nengquanli sequential enteral nutrition support for the stroke patients with dysphagia can decrease the descending level of the nutritional status and reduce the incidence of pneumonia,which has beneficial effect on neurological function recovery.
