摘要 扫描电镜-拉曼光谱联用技术结合了两种仪器的优势,在样品同一微区形貌、元素组成和化合物成分分析中具有不可替代的作用。该联用技术有两种模式,即"离轴"和"同轴"模式,已应用于颜料与壁画、瓷器、青铜器、铁器等文化遗产研究领域。扫描电镜-拉曼光谱联用技术在文化遗产研究领域具有独特优势,该设备的普及必将极大地推进文物原料、工艺、腐蚀机理以及保护相关研究。 The hyphenated SEM-EDS and Raman spectroscopy combines advantages of the two instruments and plays an irreplaceable role in the analysis of morphology, elemental composition and compound composition for same micro area. This technology has two modes, namely "off axis" and "on axis" mode, and has been applied in the research of cultural heritage, such as pigment and wall paintings, porcelain, bronze and iron. This hyphenated SEM-EDS and Raman technology has unique advantages in the field of cultural heritage research, and its popularization will greatly promote the research of cultural heritage in raw materials, processing technique, corrosion mechanism and conservation methods.
