宇航级产品应力筛选无人值守系统的设计与实现

摘要 宇航级产品在应力筛选时有很高的要求,测试人员需要精准把握测试的时间点,以免造成漏测。而测试时需要测试人员对配套的测试设备进行开断电及启动测试操作,测试过程则由配套的测试系统自动完成并自动记录测试结果。通过设计无人值守的自动化检测和控制系统,可以实现对人员的替代,并且可以避免漏测。依据这个思路对无人值守系统的设备组成、实现方法及软件进行了设计与实现。 The design and implemention of the unattended operation for stress screening of space-class products,Libin Tao,Xin Zhang,East China Institute of Electronic Engineering,hefei anhui,230031,Abstract:Space-class products have high requirements for stress screening,Tester needs to be precise in test timing to avoid leakage.When testing,the tester is required to switch on and off the equipment and start the test.The test is completed automatically by the test equipment and the test results are recorded automatically.The design of unattended automatic detection and control system can replace the personnel,and can avoid leakage detection.According to this idea,the equipment composition,realization method and software of unattended system are designed and implemented.
