摘要
采用沉淀-还原法分别制备气氛烧结金刚石工具胎体专用的FeCuCo、FeCuCoSnLa两种亚微米合金粉末作为胎体粘结剂,对比分析这两种胎体烧结性能。试验结果表明:Sn的添加,增加了颗粒烧结流动性,空位迁移和晶界移动更加顺利,促进胎体合金化;La的添加,吸收胎体内孔隙中的氧,又能还原金属氧化物,使烧结活性更高。同时,La的细化晶粒作用能够有效避免Sn液相导致的晶粒异常长大现象,故胎体的相对密度和硬度得到进一步的提高,虽然导致抗弯强度有所下降,但胎体的耐磨性得到大大的提高。
The sintering property of two special sub-micron alloy powder made by precipitation-reduction method as main binder in matrix of atmosphere sintering diamond tools are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the flow ability of sintering particles increases with the Sn adding in the matrix,the vacancy-migration and grain boundary migration goes more smoothly,and promoting matrix alloying.While adding La into the matrix,it can assimilate the oxygen in the pore of matrix and also deoxidize the metallic oxide to accelerating sintering activity.Meanwhile,grain refinement of La can avoid effectively abnormal grain growth because of Sn liquid phase in the matrix,therefore,the relative density and hardness of the matrix is further improved.Although the bending strength has been declined a little bit,but the grinding performance has enhanced greatly.
