摘要
反对传统的道德灌输、确立共同的核心价值、在实践中培育美德、兼容并包是当前美国学校道德教育理念的四个维度。其实现方式是:建立学校、家庭、社区"三位一体"的协同机制;创建"生活化"的实践模式;建构多维的核心价值观传导体系。当前美国学校道德教育的理念和实践对我国学校道德教育的理论与实践创新具有借鉴意义。
The four dimensions of the moral education in American schools include fighting against the traditional way of moral inculcation,establishing a common core value,cultivating virtues by practicing the moral values and advocating an all-inclusive moral education. The way to realize them is to set up a"trinity"synergy mechanism of school,family and community, to establish a" real-life context" practice mode, and to construct a multi-dimensional transmission system of core values. To study the concepts and practice of the moral education in American schools is of great significance to the theoretical and practical innovation of the school moral education in China.
