摘要
高校应通过发挥学生社团自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的作用,让其参与到学生社会兼职管理活动。以社会兼职为目的建立的学生社团以就业为导向,既让学生获得了收入,又锻炼了专业技能、提升了综合素质。
Colleges should make use of the role of students' societies such as self-management,self-education and self-service. This can make them involve in social part-time work. The societies aimed at part-time work should be employment-oriented,which can not only bring incomes for students,but also practice professional skills,thus can improve their comprehensive qualities.
