摘要
目的:探讨二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗初发2型糖尿病的效果。方法:收治初发2型糖尿病患者98例。根据临床治疗方式分为单一组(单用二甲双胍治疗)、联合组(二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗)。结果:联合组患者FPG、2hPBG、HbA_(1c)水平值均优于单一组,治疗总有效率显著高于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:采用二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗初发2型糖尿病临床疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the effect of metformin combined with gliclazide in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods：98 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled.According to the clinical treatment,they were divided into the single group（with metformin） and the combined group（with metformin and gliclazide）.Results：The levels of FPG,2 hPBG and HbA_（1c） in the combined group were better than those in the single group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the single group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of metformin combined with gliclazide in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant.
