摘要
目的:探讨单边外固定支架交叉立体置钉法治疗儿童胫骨干骺端骨折的临床效果。方法:收治胫骨干骺端骨折患儿10例,均采用闭合复位或小切口切开复位、单边外固定支架交叉立体置钉技术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:本组患儿骨折均达到临床愈合标准,术后患儿膝踝关节的功能良好。结论:单边外固定支架交叉立体置钉法治疗儿童胫骨干骺端骨折的临床效果显著。
Objective：To explore the curative effect of unilateral external fixator cross stereoscopic nailing technique in the treatment of metaphyseal fracture of tibia in children.Methods：10 cases of children with metaphyseal fracture of tibia were chosen.They were treated with closed reduction or small incision open reduction,unilateral external fixator cross stereoscopic nailing technique.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results：All the fractures reached the standard of clinical healing,and the function of knee and ankle joint was good after operation.Conclusion：The curative effect of unilateral external fixator cross stereoscopic nailing technique in the treatment of metaphyseal fracture of tibia in children was significant.
