摘要
目的:探讨更昔洛韦与匹多莫德联合治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:收治手足口病患者180例,分为试验组与对照组。试验组采用更昔洛韦联合匹多莫德治疗,对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,试验组的退热时间、溃破消退时间、皮疹消失时间及痊愈时间均更短(P<0.05),免疫功能各指标水平均更优(P<0.05),生化指标水平均更低(P<0.05)。结论:对手足口病行更昔洛韦联合匹多莫德治疗效果显著,可有效促进患者临床症状及体征改善,并增强其免疫功能,减轻炎性反应。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of ganciclovir combined with pidotimod in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods：180 cases of patients with HFMD were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with ganciclovir combined with pidotimod,and the control group was treated with ganciclovir.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：Compared with the control group,in the experimental group,the time of defervesce,burst regression time,disappearance time of skin rash and the recovery time were shorter（P〈0.05）;immune function indexes were better（P〈0.05）;biochemical index were lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of ganciclovir combined with pidotimod in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease was significant.It can effectively promote the recovery of clinical symptoms and signs,improve the immune function,and reduce the inflammatory response.
