摘要 本文基于对我院国际邮轮乘务管理专业英语教师发展现状的调查研究,从"专业化"和"职业化"两个维度进行分析论证,通过对两者内涵指称的概括明确其内在联系,提出基于"专业化"的有效可行的高职双师型及双师素质型英语教师发展策略,并建议将"专业化"程度作为其动态发展的重要评定和认证标准。 Based on the investigation and research on the development status of English teachers of international cruise management in our college, this paper analyzes and demonstrates from the two dimensions of "specialization" and "vocationalization". Through the summarization of the connotation of the two aspects, this paper makes clear its internal connection, proposes the effective and feasible development strategy of dual- teacher and double division English teachers based on ’’ specialization' and proposes that "specialization" should be regarded as an important evaluation and certification standard for its dynamic development.
