摘要
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对广州市中学生竞技健美操开展的现状进行调查分析。结果发现:广州市中学体育教师和学生对竞技健美操的认知程度低,竞技健美操的开展范围窄,师资队伍力量薄弱等问题,提出了相关可行性建议,为广州市中学竞技健美操的可持续行发展提供参考。
By using literature, questionnaire survey, interview and other research methods, this paper investigates the current situation of competitive aerobics in Guangzhou middle schools. Results show that：Guangzhou middle school teachers＇ cognition on the sport is limited,the sport is not well spread,and teaching resource is weak. Related operational suggestions are offered to provide reference for the constant development of competitive aerobics.
