摘要
在文化翻译视角下,以刘宓庆语义、文本的文化解读模式及文化翻译的表现论为观照对象,对比分析蒋彝、李文丹、宋佑兰对"永字八法"的翻译,探讨书法笔画名称术语英译时需要解读的文化因素和语言表达时应采取的策略,以及在不同翻译语境下应采用的不同表现方法,旨在推进"永字八法"英译的规范化,促进中国书法艺术及书法文化的对外传播。
From the cultural perspective,the translations of the "eight fundamental strokes in character Yong(永)"respectively by Jiang Yi,Li Wendan and Song Youlan in the light of Liu Miqing’s theory about cultural interpretation of the original and the cultural reproduction in the target language are discussed.The cultural factors for the interpretation,the strategies and methods appropriate for the translation of the eight fundamental strokes are explored for the standardization of the translation of"eight fundamental strokes in character Yong(永)"and a better dissemination of Chinese calligraphy in the world.
