摘要
本文介绍了一种永磁耦合调速技术。提供了一种比较计算变频调速和永磁耦合调速效率的数学简化模型。按照该模型,很方便地计算出变频调速和永磁耦合调速的系统效率。以一个额定功率为1000 k W的风机、泵类负载传动系统为例,得出了在10%~100%转速下,永磁耦合调速效率高于变频调速的结论。
This paper introduces the winding permanent-magnet coupling VSD, and provides a simplified mathematical model to calculate the efficiency of the winding permanent-magnet coupling VSD as well as that of the high-voltage VFD. As an example, the paper presents efficiency comparison of this two kind of driving systems based on the simplified model of a 1000 k W fan or water pump regulator. The conclusion is that the efficiency of the winding permanent-magnet coupling VSD is higher than that of the high-voltage VFD, under the speed of 10% ~100%.
